I'll be adding to this post & updating as I get better pictures & videos to share. In this collage, I'm showing how I draw fiber from the rolag. Grab wheel end, pull rolag away with other hand, start moving fingers onto the fiber while tilting hand up to help prevent more fiber from being pulled away, pinky finishes. Move thumb and pointer fingers to hold end where pinky is to let it twist. Start over. I use this moreso when I have a "slippery" section or when its "sticky" and I need more control. And here is how I splice the end of one rolag to another. Best to have a thick, fluffy tail on both the wheel end and the new rolag being added. Layer them and hold, carefully pull both layers of fiber together to desired thickness, move fingers to allow twist. Repeat until wheel tail is fully joined to new rolag.
